Gathered by bees from deep within the Kalimna West hills, this brew has a rich, earthy flavour and is packed with antioxidants from a diverse range of wildflowers and trees native to our home. Light in colour, subtle, sweet and floral in flavour. A good all round table honey. Cool and calm like the lake that winds around or beautiful town.

Thick, dark, strong and bitey. With notes of Eucalyptus, Gippsland Grey Gums and Gippsland Grey Box. Deep in colour and flavour, our strong copper bush honey carries hints of malt and eucalyptus with a sweet and savoury aroma with a caramel finish.
